1 edit | [page error] Frequent posters not showing avatar
When you look at the "about" page for a forum the frequent posters shows a square with a red X but not their avatar. The link to the members page works though.
I guess I should add that I'm using IE8 with some modified settings for a trusted site.

I don't know why I don't see avatars. It may just be my settings. -- Team Discovery |

| reply to grobinette I see avatars when clicking on frequent posters in both ff and IE6, however I don't see the png file showing frequent posters in IE6, it is blank in ff (assume adblock is at work)

| Well, that clarifies things for me.
I was clicking on the "view frequent posters" link, and seeing the avatars. I had never noticed the other place on that page - I'm guessing that it has always been empty with firefox. And it is empty with firefox when no non-default extensions are being used.
Incidently, when I click on either of those ".png" files listed by grobinette in message : »Re: [page error] Frequent posters not showing avatar all I see is the url on on otherwise blank page. If I try that with IE, I do see a page with a red X. -- AT&T Uverse; Zyxel NBG334W router (behind the 2wire gateway); openSuSE 11.0; firefox 3.0.14 |

| It would have helped if I had been more clear as to which field was borked.
I would think that the one on the right is redundant and should just be eliminated rather than fixed. -- Team Discovery |
