| Does show some improvement I've been using the new client since it was released last November, as far as throttling back it does well when I'm using VOIP and no longer makes my conversations laggy, still laggy while gaming though. I think the programmers are trying to show their willingness to make the program less interference prone, while running low latency apps, to the users.
