The study estimated it could require up to $12 billion in payments to broadcasters for the spectrum, and then about $9 billion to transition free digital broadcast customers to subscription cable services. I'll drop tv altogether before I'm forced into using a subscription tv service, I have never had cable and don't plan on ever having it.

1) Comcast
2) DirectTv
3) OTA
Cox, Charter, Cablevison and BrightHouse are the #3, #4, #5 and #6 cable companies in the US and OTA provides more TV to Americans than all 4 of them COMBINED. |
