Separation Line Missing

On the topics page

On a post
On the list of topics and on some posts the separation line is missing, this only occurs on Firefox 3.0.15 (not sure of 3.5.x on a school computer right now), not IE8 or chrome. On the topics it only has occurred on in between lines, with the post it has occurred on the top, bottom, & side lines.

One time a person asked where the F button was on their keyboard. I told them they would find it next to the U button.

It isn't doing this on my home pc's, I'm just going to write it off as a problem probably specific just to that pc.
