| Voice Mail on website playing wrong messages
Anyone had an issue where you go to the VM page in the Ctrl Panel and when you play a message it's playing the wrong one? I currently have 2 messages in my inbox and a few I've put in an "Old" folder. When I play the ones in the inbox they are playing messages from the old folder.
The display is right (date, time, phone number) but the recoding is wrong. The VM that gets emailed to me with the attachment is also right.
I've opened a ticket with VT but didn't hear back yet so thought I'd see if anyone else had this problem. |
