| Voxox Unlimited US/Canada for $2.45 or World $12.95 a month
Voxox is offering two new plans. The first is called US/Canada Unlimited Calling Plan for $2.45 a month. The second plan is called the Worldwide Unlimited Calling Plan which includes 60 countries for $12.95 a month. Both of the above plans have a fair use restriction of 3000 a month. |

1 edit | reply to macman4hire I noticed next to the $2.45 price in fine print that it is an introductory offer. I wonder what the price will be when the introductory price expires. I wonder how long the price will last. I have a Voxox account and I haven't gone unlimited until I find out the what price will be to keep the "unlimited" plan. |

| The one thing that hasn't worked well since I got a CA DID from Voxox is tweaking the number of rings before voicemail takes over. No matter what I choose in their options (maximum is 300 seconds I believe) it will always ring once and go straight to voicemail.
They need to fix this or acknowledge the problem in their tech support forums before I decide to hand over them $$.

| reply to macman4hire I liked their Worldwide Unlimited Calling Plan but its PC to PC or PC to Phone call only not Phone to Phone call.
I used to have SunRocket then moved with Vonage and now think to move to Lingo because they have Bangladesh in their World Max plan.
Do any of you think I could use my old SR adapter (AC-211-SR) with VoxOx, as they are giving DID? So, I could replace Vonage with VoxOx Worldwide Unlimited Calling Plan.
Thanks guys! |

Can I use the Unlimited US/Canada plan over SIP on my ATA to make an outgoing call? |

| reply to macman4hire said by macman4hire :The first is called US/Canada Unlimited Calling Plan for $2.45 a month. I believe this is ONLY for outbound calls, i.e. no DID# for unlimited incoming calls. That said and coupled with GV + G5, one will have a very inexpensive VoIP line for $2.45/month or $245 for 100 months or $245 for 8 year + 4 months. If Voxox will extend this offer for that long and also will allow BYOD on this plan, then I believe this offer definitely will beat Ooma with Telo! If Ooma will last 8 years + 4 months, then it will definitely break even with Voxox on this plan. During these 8+ years, I am sure there will be more with less expensive offers to top this plan to make Ooma looks more expensive! In this case, those who invested $250+ on Ooma will definitely bite their fingers and get stuck with Ooma if Ooma will last that long. -- Mazilo always prays for FREEBIES! UK Phone: +44-703-194-2574

Simply reply to this email if necessary and a Customer Care Representative will respond shortly Hmm, now does anyone know if this Unlimited US/Canada plan will work on an ATA for making outgoing calls, or has anyone tried this with SIP credentials? |

| reply to macman4hire SIP through ATA worked until about 2 weeks ago. I received emails from the helpdesk that they supported only the SPA2102. In the next email, I was informed "...For Security reasons, we have changed SIP credentials...I will have someone get back with you about configuration of your SPA2102...". I have not yet received the new configuration. with settings of: UserID (11digit Voxox number) Password (Client password) Domain (sip01-west.voxox.com) preferred codec (G723), the light on the spa2102 will come on verifying a connection. Attempts to dial out with such old settings gets a repeating voice message through the earpiece, "That password is not valid..." Since the message was that the credentials had changed, then new settings must exist. I am still waiting for Matt Johnson of the Voxox helpdesk to honor his word and disclose the new settings. With functional SPA2102, I will gladly go "unlimited". |

| reply to Solearth Thank you for your interest in VoxOx. At this point, we have no plans to change our current introductory pricing offer. At some point in the future, new users may not have access to the same pricing. If pricing does change at a later date, we will provide ample advance notice as defined in our terms of use. Thank you for your continued support. Erik, from the VoxOx communications team. |
