| Clearwire charging customers for leased equipment repair!!!
I had not been against Clearwire in the past. I saw that they did things that were necessary in a few instances to protect their network, which was understandable. The only thing that bothered me was their contract, whereby, just like a cell phone provider, you get charged an early termination fee, which is completely bogus.
Now they've turned me into a complete anti-Clearwire (trapped) customer. When my modem's transformer failed recently, they told me they would gladly swap it out, for $9.95 to cover shipping. This is completely disappointing and garbage! Customers should not be held accountable for SHIPPING of LEASED equipment; equipment that it is generally accepted throughout the industry is completely covered by the Leasor against breakdown!
