[HN9000] Web Acceleration Client Error

My connection has been real flaky the last several days. I keep seeing this error: "Web Acceleration Client Error (504) - Suspected Satellite Link Outage"

I've never seen that before this previous Friday but I got real acquainted with it over the weekend. Anybody else or am I just lucky?

Are you referring to the TURBO PAGE option?

Get it all the time happens when you dont have a upstream ip which is on a timeout period most likely. Just loading a site will get it back up.

I was getting that last week, and it was bad. Wednesday through Friday, 1pm to 8pm. On the dot. Service was all but dead.

Then...

Saturday - ok
Sunday - ok
Monday - ok
Today - Web Accel keeps cycling, even when browsing.

HN's systems are so hosed.

The only time I notice getting that error is when the weather is less than good here.

I've been getting it since I updated IE to vers 8. I only seems to happen with IE. I haven't noticed the error when using Firefox, not to say that it's not affecting it also.

Running Ver. 3.5.3 of firefox also running IE8 on HN9000 Didn't start getting the "Web Acceleration Client Error (504) - Suspected Satellite Link Outage" until I installed Hughesnet tools today.

Hmm...
