 2 edits | Canadian carriers all enjoy pretty favourable spectrum positions. No major shortfalls up here because of the lower population and smart network planning. Also, Bell and Telus are building the HSPA+ network as a joint venture meaning they can pool their spectrum resources. Even certain portions of their CDMA networks are built under a network sharing agreement. |
