<description><![CDATA[anon posted : Anyone privvy to when the CO's are getting upgraded in Boise boundary areas for 20Mbps service?<br><br>My co is less than 400 yards away yet I cna only get 5mbps DSL. I heard a rumor that it was scheduled for a "capacity upgrade" at the end of November but I can't get anyone to confirm it for me.<br><br>spam_killer@hotmail.com]]></description>
