|  Broadvoice ATL proxy = One-way audio.
Any other Broadvoice user on the ATL proxy having this issue? My 3CX VoIP Server was showing this in the logs,
I switch to the DCA proxy for now and that fixed it.
P.s: One-Way audio was on both incoming and outgoing calls.

New York, NY | I would suggest (as you have) using another proxy. If you switch back and the ATL one still has issues open a ticket. You shouldnt notice any difference using DC as a temporary mesaure anyway. |

| I just switched back last night and tested it, seem to be OK now, Yeah the DCA proxy worked well only a 17ms latency difference but a tad more jitter but didn't notice any problems, TBH This is the only problem Iv had with Broadvoice and a long time.
