[Need Info] Java TIFs

I just updated my Java Runtime and was looking through various settings and notice the TIF section. It says Java uses these for quick execution later.

They take up 41MBs, which is no problem as I have lots of room, but my question are these necessary and do they act like TIFs in IE and keep track of your comings and goings on the internet.

Not overly parinoid about this but just wondering what other people do with them..

There is an option not store them at all but don't know how that would effect java applications.

I tried inticking the "Keep TFs--" and then use the "delete" button and the files are still there. I have the "Sun Java" ticked under "Applications" in CCleaner and that doesn't do it either.

Do I need to set up an "Include" in CC to get rid of them or what?

Java will keep any Java applications you've used in webpages so it doesn't have to redownload them on next visit. Clicking the Delete Files button and checking everything should remove everything.

Are you using the latest version of Java?

I had tried that earlier but it didn't work.

Found out from the Piriform that there is a bug in CC that is not letting it clean the Java cache folder out.

I just added it to my "Includes" and CC now cleans it out.

I am using the lastest Java as of yesterday.
