Northern NJ PEG Channel Outage & VA Outage

Since 9:30pm all the PEG channels in my area have been out.
It was bad timing as local election results were coming in for us to broadcast.
I chatted with FiOS Tech Support and they opened up a ticket.
I was told by someone else around the same time there was a system wide outage in VA.

Anyone else in NJ have their local town channels off the air?
