 I had a few drinks one night, then entered the setting you see.

I wasn't sure if I had made a reasonable decision.

I was curious since this one test always drops back to dial up speed then resumes, I wasn't sure if my changing things had caused it or just my region having poor peering to that test server.
Test speed to Parsippany, NJ, USA
