NYC was affected in evening hours, I would not be able to make or receive any calls by either immiediate disconnect or all circuits busy message. However, my outage didn't affect data service. I was still able to browse net, send/receive text even if signal showed no bars. Temporary solution that worked sometimes was to disable 3G. Damned Tmobile -- Semper Fi
