Franklin CDU Random Sites not loading.

Hello, I've been having trouble with some sites not loading using the Franklin CDU-680. One specifically is addons.mozilla.org, it just seems to time out in any web browser I use, on several different computers. It has got to be something to do with the device or the service, because I've tried Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer, and still have the same problems.

I called Customer Support and all they said was I needed to update the User Profile, which I did, but that doesn't seem to make any difference at all.

Thanks

I had the same problem. After days with Millenicom CS and finally Sprint I ended up having to change my HA address from LA to Kansas City to clear the problem whatever it was.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion, what would be the best method for going about changning my HA? I don't have the SPC number required to get into the DATA screen for the connection manager as my device was pre-activated when I get it? Can I just call millenicom and ask them for this number?

Go to Millenicom.com and log into your personal page. You can find it there.

It took me several days to "fix" mine. Very frustrating.

My CDU-680 is doing the same thing. Regarding the DATA screen mentioned to change the HA, how do I access that?

Disconnect from the internet, type ##DATA. Put your MSL number in which will let you change your HA numbers. Reboot.
