T-mobile fail

Looks like T-mobile's customer support line is overloaded. Cannot get through to anyone. I can't even get through on their "chat support" on their website.

I'm glad I wasn't aware of the service outage last night and missed numerous important calls, only to find out this morning. Thanks T-mobile. Really classy...
