Re: Usual service? I've been with TMO since they were VoiceStream and I've never suffered an outage or at least not one that I was aware of. I have nothing but good things to say about the company, with the exception of lousy 3G coverage. -- Don't worry, scrote. There are plenty of 'tards out there living really kick-ass lives. |

sam64 join:2006-07-31 Newtown, PA | We have had at least one phone in our house with T-Mo for the past 9 years. This is the first interruption of service that I have heard of - no we were not affected, having been using the phone without issue.
I can state that their customer service is heads above everyone else (I also have AT&T and VZW - so I know how they compare).
As others have said, their 3G coverage is lousy but the phone we have is used only for voice calls so I don't care. |

 | reply to IT Guy T-mobile is not a re-branded VoiceStream, they were bought out by DT in 2001 to plant the base for DT's wireless arm in the us (T-mobile usa). This was mainly to counter rival vodaphone's verizon wireless partnership. This was 2001, 8 years ago.

IT GuyOw, My BallsPremium join:2004-07-29 Las Cruces, NM | You're right, but my point was that I've been with T-mobile since the beginning and I have been happy with their service. -- Don't worry, scrote. There are plenty of 'tards out there living really kick-ass lives. |

 | They do have satisfied happy customers & i respect them as a company more than ccast, vzw, sprint, etc. I'm with att for my own reasons one huge reason being roll-over minutes, iPhone just a perk.
I think bashers/whiners need to learn to put some "i am happy with this aspect" in with their "oh my goddddd it suckssss" because yea they wouldn't be in business if they were "that bad".
