You probably have a 5GB per month limit on the air card already so you will not be losing anyhting.
Data for the Droid will be unlimited still, just like the blackberry, but the data used for tethering will be limited to 5GB. By the way they setup the tethering they can distinguish between the droid data and the tethering data.
Sounds like you will have to wait a little while before you can get the droid if you wish to drop your air card and tether. But that is not a bad things as it will give time for some of the issues to be worked out before you buy your droid. |

Somehow, given this report, I doubt that is going to be the case. But, whichever way it happens on Friday, you will have something to look forward to in the future. Just might be better to have to wait for some of the issues of the first units to be worked out. |
