Re: Usual service? We have had at least one phone in our house with T-Mo for the past 9 years. This is the first interruption of service that I have heard of - no we were not affected, having been using the phone without issue.
I can state that their customer service is heads above everyone else (I also have AT&T and VZW - so I know how they compare).
As others have said, their 3G coverage is lousy but the phone we have is used only for voice calls so I don't care. |
