[easy] Quick Reply Window: Move 'prefs' link over a little

Title says it all. Many times I am making a quick reply and go to click the "Quick Reply" button, miss by about 3 pixels and lose my reply as I pull up my prefs for the site. To the side of the button would be acceptable.

They could just change the text to: "Your .sig will be appended as per your prefs." That would move the link over quite a bit... give it better syntax, too.
