VT2442 -TJTAG Spansion S29GL064M90TFIR3

Good day everyone,
I know that the VT2442 has been posted all over the place but something is not right.
I know the JTAG cable is working, I believe I have the right SMT settings. However the TJTAG is saying that it can not read my CPU. I've been going crazy.
Can anyone give me a step by step to unlock this unit?
