<description><![CDATA[fozngoof posted : Not real sure what an RF remote control cone is, but yes this works with a HD DVR.<br><br>Both of my remotes for my Dish HD/DVR are RF remotes.  I just had to call Dish and order one for TV1. As far as I know there is still no way to output TV2 in HD.]]></description>
