Outlook Express will not be of great use to you beyond the simple discussion groups. You may want to check out GrabIt or AltBinz.

Sure no problem. That was an example (like I said). More nzb sites that have been recommended in the past:

Outlook Express ain't going to get you video files. And unless some those 12,000 groups include alt.bin groups, you're doubly out of luck.
