Way more than 5% of T-Mobile users were affected. The outage lasted longer than midnight EST
It seems T-Mobile services were bouncing around last night. Some user might be reachable at 8PM but not 11PM, or I left someone a voicemail at 7PM and at 2AM I couldn't leave them mail "that mailbox is invalid" -- PRescott7-2097
