NOTE: Removed items are "on file". It does not mean it is delisted, it is removed because the IP or domain is unresolved. The removed items is being checked/resolved everytime I will release an update. If it's 'alive' again and using another IP addresses, it will be added again on the list. Add them in your hosts file to ensure you are protected at once, if the domain becomes alive again.
