Comcast beats RCN in top speed offered anywhere (100/15) but 60/10 for $200 isn't a bad price, especially compared with TWC's lousy business class pricing.
It'll also be nice for businesses to get 20/5 internet at a reasonable price, which $60 per month DEFINITELY is. That's cheaper than the residential price for Comcast 22/5...
