I've had calls with RCN and they have seen my slow speeds and said they would correct the issue. When I plugged my PC directly into the cable modem, the upload was OK again.  I had to manually set the WAN port of the router to 100 Mbps rather than "auto-select" to solve the problem. You should always be able to keep your current plan but it may be beneficial to switch to a new one, depending on what is announced.]]></description>
