3 edits | Sounds like what you're asking for is for bridging instructions to the SE567. Just as long as your Windows 2003 supports PPPoE/PPPoA authentication for the DSL, use these instructions below to get a public IP. Port Forwarding/DMZ might also help out with what you're doing as well.
1. Attach your PC to a LAN port on the SE567 and log in as admin. 2. Go to 'ISP Connection' 3. Then 'Advanced Settings' and 'Configure the ATM Virtual Circuit' 4. Select 'Add a New VC' 5. Set the VPI to 0 and the VCI to 35. Click Next (This value is what your SE567 is set to use already). 6. Select 'RFC-2684 Bridged'. Click Next. 7. Enter some name for the connection. Click Next/Finish. 8. Click 'DISABLE' on the original PPPoE VC. 9. Then delete all of the VCs except the new one. (do this if you know how to set this up again) 10. Click 'ENABLE' on the new connection. 11. REBOOT the SE567. -- "All your base are belong to me!" |
