The HTC HD2 is pushing the limit on how big you can get on a cellphone. It is starting to approach the size of a small netbook. I don't know if I would want to carry something that big around in my pocket all the time.
I'm wondering when we'll get the slide-out screens. Or foldout. Where the device fits a small form factor but "opens up" into a much larger display.
