elnino7 posted : I realize this is an older post, but I wanted to respond. I have been using this for over a year now and have had not problems. I did a recent search for this company (showing a co-worker), and see a common thread from the Negative comments. They all refer to a trial period, recurring credit card charges, and inability to download. As for the first two points, ZML didn't use to have a trial period, and I don't recall one now. Every time I "loaded" my account with money, every TOA section I had read don't even allow for recurring charges, and the 8 times I have "re-loaded" my account, I have never been charged anymore than I authorized and was never "auto-charged". With regards to downloads not completing, I have experienced this a few times, but started to use a download accelerator and has solved all my issues (which ZML clearly states for you to use one). Besides, the two weeks they give you to download before the link expires allow ample time to complete. Based on experiences given, I truly feel that the Negative com-mentors are using some other site.
