It's a bit hard to tell, but it looks like you have La Prairie, St. Constant, St. Reme, Brossard, Longueuil, St. Lambert, greenfield-park, and St.Hubert covered.

Hard to tell. There seems to be a small corridor of blue across the river which could be some of these area's.

How high is the tower in Chateauguay and Oka or Rigaud?

We do not have local installations in Chateauguay or Rigaud. The Oka tower sits at an elevation of 600+ ft. If you are located in the coverage zone, you can get service, no worries there
