But that does not account for the rest to get to $15.23? I would think you want to know that. I am curious as to what is the extra $2.26 for exactly?

I have the same service. My bill is $15.07. The itemized charges are $1.99 for E911, $1.10 for universal service fee, and $1.99 for the "ITP line fee". This hidden fee is about the only thing I don't like about the service.
