I was trying to figure out if it was a time of day issue, but after many failed attempts to upload a 30meg video file I have concluded that it has nothing to do with traffic congestion.
I am thinking of getting the Ooma device (going back to my old modem) and dropping Comcast Voice if I can't get this resolved soon.
