I am not surprised at all. It just seems like all of the cell phone carriers are greedy. If people are willing to pay this much, then the carriers will continue to charge these rates...

Especially when the phones are tied to specific carriers. Now, if phones were generic and could be used between carriers, then they would think twice about the high data charges. Along with the steep minute plans.
