Re: bad customer service here we come Don't thinks so. Customer Service has been ramping up for a while. In my market I've seen new hire classes of at least 30 folks for last 3 months straight. Like Karl mentioned Spotlight looks to be getting hit. I wouldn't be surprised if these employees get offered jobs in other areas within Comcast, specifically Business Services which is a growth department. -- »www.seabee.navy.mil |

 | Spotlight has had a few of those notifed their position was being eliminated that there are new positions within spotlight they should apply for. Some of these positions are revamped or combining and reassigning workload. |
