hi guys me again ,
i was wondering if u could tell me what are the best trinks for a arcane mage outside of totgc
i have about 20 trinks in my bags & can decide what is best i tend to use talisman of resurgence & abysell rune
and tips would be very welcome

Bartlesville, OK | how is scale of fates good for arcane , but abyssal rune bad? they come out with very similar stats overall. if anything flare isnt that good, haste > crit for arcane. |

all i know is our arcane mage is rocking like 950 haste, and he was running like 4-500 with fire(with a ton more crit). |

Personally I like haste and crit almost equally for my arcane mage. Fire and arcane both use haste as well as crit. Any damage, SP, Crit, or haste trinkets would work.
Here's a list in order that I'd work with for Arcane.
Reign of the Unliving
Flare of the Heavens
Tailsman of Resurgence
Scales of Fate
Pandora's Plea
Abyssal Rune
Illustration of the Dragon Soul
Embrace iof the Spider
Eye of the Broodmother
Solace of the Defeated
Ideally you'd want both versions of "Reign of the Unliving" for your arcane mage. |

Eye is by far better than abyss The on use on the rune is far superior to the randomness on the eye. Haste and crit are equal on them but the other stuff is very very unequal. Eye isn't that good overall as indicated. |

If you average them out the eye is about 220 DPS while the rune is 256 DPS. The 50 emblem trinket, Tailsman of Resurgence, is roughly 300 DPS. |

Hmm..well to spriests...the eye of brood is about 6 spots above the abyss...cause a constant 125sp and 87 crit is pretty impressive. |

said by Tehuno :you arent even using 4 pc t9 in a BIS list? I didn't weight that list by 'Overall' dps just the best DPS in each socket. The 4t9 bonus is roughly 3-4% overall dps but I'll do it up that was to 'Overall' DPS so there's 2 BiS lists. |

IIRC, mages want more haste so they can fit more Arcane Barrages in between Arcane Blast and MIssile Barrage procs (according to an arcane mage buddy of mine).
