Re: Weil-Mclain Boiler Problem if it has an oil filter, turn off the oil before the filter, and replace the element, on the side of the pump, there are 4 bolts, under that cover there is a metal screen filter, clean that, then there should be 2 screws to remove on the ignition transformer to swing it back to access the nozzle and photocell, clean the photocell, then disconnect the oil line from the nozzle tube, remove the ring on that, then remove the nozzle tube, at the end of that is the nozzle, change that for a new one of the same type. |
