| homepage setup - error on Metrocast site
I just spent a very frustrating time figuring out that the ftp address is "homepage....." not "home....."
info below is incorrect
Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Connecticut & Mississippi:
* Log on to the web through your cable modem
* In the title bar type the following:
»ftp://(username)@home.(state).metrocast.net
username - is your e-mail account name (i.e. janedoe@pa.metrocast.net would type in »ftp://janedoe@home.pa.metrocast.net; in order to access her personal web space) |

@metrocast.net | I tested this, (as I have a ct account with Metrocast) and it worked without a problem. Let me log right into my personal space. You might want to contact support if it's not working for you. |

I was able to log in using both homepage.ct and home.ct |

Oddly there is no way to change your password you have call in and have tech do it. At least that is what happened to me a while back. |
