 DSL Line goes down frequently

I subscribe to AT&T DSL Elite that is supposed to have a downstream speed of up to 6 Mbps and upstream speed of up to 768 Kbps. My DSL line goes down very frequently and I lose my internet connection for a few minutes and it comes up by itself, and I get a new dynamic IP address. This is very annoying if especially if you are in a middle of a Webex session, or an IP call. When the internet connection is reestablished I often don’t get the full Elite speeds.

I have a dedicated line for my DSL. It is a Cat 5 cable going from AT&T’s box outside to my modem. I don’t have any phones on the DSL line.

My modem is Motorola 3347 and it is the third modem that AT&T has replaced, so I think that rules out any modem problem. Their technicians have been out many times and when they are at my house they signals are clean.

If I reboot the modem I get good performance for a few hours and the DSL deteriorates again.

Any help you can provide me is much appreciated.

Here is my test history:
