Any othr method of adjusting computer brightness available?

I use a zenith computer, and the only way i would increase/decrease the brightness of my monitor was by pressing the buttons available on my front panel area of my monitor i.e WITHOUT using keyboard and mouse

but now the increase button of my monitor is not working properly meaning if i click on it, it behave like the decrease button and as i was continuously pressing the increase button to increase my brightness now my brightness has got reduced to 60% as i have told u it behaves the opposite way

now i am searching for any other method to increase the brightness of my computer using keyboard rather then making use of the front panel buttons and repairing the button

because not only this i have even decreased my phase etc using that button but thank god nothing happened, auto adjusting does not do anything for the brightness it only moves the screen

There are ways to dim the display from within the software, but if the monitors backlight has been turned down (which is what you are describing), nothing you do with software is going to make it brighter. You might try opening up the monitors bezel and see if it's just the physical portion of the button hitting the wrong contact.
