| Only reason ive been wanting bonded channels is because of the peak hour slowdowns. Because 3-5 months back i was having major speed problems that was from a overloaded node i was on. then they split it and put me on i think a new one. But still now i see speeds drop to 8mb down on speedtest during peak hours, but its still better then the 1-2mb down i was getting. |

| The thing is from a business stand point for cox it would only be smart to start testing, and launching D3 in a area(city), with alot of businesses, because once they are up, and selling these higher speeds, these businesses that do alot of online work will want the faster speeds. So all in all they make there money back rather quickly in a business area.
Yeah other city's around norfolk ain't too far behind with these kind of upgrades i think. Still i have a feeling Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach will probably be next after norfolk. |

| reply to bryan69u The front line technical support staff most likely won't be informed of any D3 upgrade progress as it's not necessary for troubleshooting purposes at this time. Once D3 is officially announced as being available they should receive all of the required training to support it although nothing really changes from a support perspective. |

| reply to bryan69u Yeah this is just in the testing stages, as CoxTech1 has said, because there hasn't been any official announcement of D3 around here, which means you can order this new speed tier. So until that happens you wont get any support for any D3 related problem, unless your internet completely craps out, and then they will help to get it working again. |
