ETA: It appears VZW only lets you prepay for that time period, and after you reach your data limit, you pay overages. Virgin lets you buy a new package once you reach your data limit.
Virgin Mobile has worked out great for me since I only occassionaly use the cellular broadband service. If they didn't have a 30 day limit before the plan expires it would be perfect.
