[ Troubleshooting] Down for a week

For some reason, my Motorola modem won't assign an ip under DCHP. Just started Monday morning after 4 months of loving Clear.

After an hour with support, they sent me a new modem. Wed, I plugged it in. Same problem. Got out my work laptop and tried that. Same issue.

No router, just modem - ethernet - pc/Mac.

Now it has been a week. Anyone got any clues?
