People are thieves and will take whatever they want in the blink of an eye. If you don't nail it down and secure the perimeter with armed guards, people will steal it.
I believe it's the other way around. Is moving basic programming to the digital tier so the customer has to rent a digital subscriber terminal fair? The customer use to receive the same programming at no extra charge on their cable ready televisions. Is that covering Comcast's ass. I think it is taking advantage of the customer.
