Front line supervisors, video support agents, spotlight and dispatch are among the 'current' eliminations. Techs are on the table and not sure yet if they'll have any positions cut yet.
Next up is business services support agents. They're being moved to residential support, and their positions are being moved to another 'centralized' state with a large number of greenhorns. I don't expect that to go well... |

kudos:3 | They also haven't been hiring any new techs for a while.. however, they are going to start hiring in December.. but yet, they are laying them off... sounds to me like they are trying to trim the expensive techs off for layer paid techs. |
