Did you contact the vendor you ordered it from?
I received my Win7 Pro 64 bit disc(s) 2 days after the Official Release. I ordered it directly from MS.

Proof of Purchase That is what it will says if you get it as a OEM Upgrade, (the OP must have qualified for this thur his OEM) so, your looking at least 4 to 6 weeks before it arrives , are it could even be a longer than that, good luck
