| Finally Cancelled Vonage
I've had their service with the UT Starcomm F1000 wi-fi phone since it first came out, and used to be very pleased. However, the phone's lack of browser-based authentication has prevented me from using it in hotels for a while now. Vonage said they had no plans to upgrade the phone, and I didn't want to be tied to a laptop for phone calls, so I had to cancel after years and years of great service.
If only they would come out with a wi-fi phone.... -- Microwave and RF Components at www.ohiomicrowave.com |

Both in terms of phone service and in terms of phone device?
Corollary: Have you considered BYOD providers? |

| reply to PX Eliezer At the moment, I'm looking for a VOIP program for my Touch Pro 2 phone. Hopefully, I'll be able to use its wi-fi capabilities. Vonage does not support it, but they might some day. -- Microwave and RF Components at www.ohiomicrowave.com |
