You have some potential packet loss and high latency at your hop.

| reply to watersted Did everything in the FAQ, everything looks good as far as that goes. I did move apart my modem and router and did get a different test result but still looks like I failed all in all. Here is the new test result. »/linequality/nil/2584002 Thanks for your help. |

| That LQT does not show any issues at your hop. That stuff above it could be the ISP blocking the pings as they might consider rapid pings a DoS attack.
If your MODEM has diagnostic pages that show your line rate and signals, post what you get.
Call your ISP and ask for a signal check and a ping test to see if there is any packet loss and latency. -- "You can observe a lot by watching". Yogi Berra |
