At first tech support was great, but then they moved it overseas. I have had three different tech support people two nights ago addressing my wireless connection. They all told me different things to do; the straw that broke the camel's back was when at 4 am they had me reset my modem for the umpteenth time, well suffice to say it broke the modem. This my third modem they have sent me in 2 months. There is loyalty and then there is a time to move on. I talk to several people in my circle of family and friends and asked what they had. I won't post what one I went with, just to say cust/tech support is in North America.

A reset broke the Modem?? I have 3 P660R's (a P660R-61, a P660R-ELNK, and a P660R-D1) and I reset them/reconfigure them often as I try different network setups and switching between Bridge and Router modes with no broken reset switches or modems so far in 3+ Years.
